CIRCUIT AND STRENGTH FUSION CLASSES 


CIRCUIT CLASS:  A mix of strength and conditioning exercises programmed to help you feel stronger.  Accessible to all fitness levels.
STRENGTH FUSION: A low weight, high rep class. This class takes on pilates principals as well as strength training for a low impact, high burn out class. Accessible to all levels and a virtual option is available.

HEAD TRAINER AND OWNER 
MADELINE BIRON 
I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with over five years of experience helping clients build strength, improve performance, and move better. I’m a former NCAA Division I athlete at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I studied Kinesiology and developed a strong foundation in exercise science and human movement. Since opening our gym in 2020, I’ve been coaching clients with individualized, results-driven training programs focused on sustainable progress, proper mechanics, injury prevention, rehab and long-term health.
